It was sooo weird to write our names on her birthday card... Love "MOM AND DADDY" Guess it still hasn't really hit us that we are parents... of a one year old??? We opened presents and that was fun she got some cute and fun things! I think me and Emily both didn't really know what to do... I think we got the hang of it when it came to the last bit of presents. She loved the shiny bows and the boxes to chew on =)
Her cake it was adorable a little castle that Amber made for her and it looked awesome! Emily didn't like it... didn't want to touch it or taste it. Maybe it felt weird? Got some on her feet and hands, she's such a goofy girl. She loved the ice cream though! I put a smily face on her tummy with frosting and then a frowny face on her back... =) She's such a cutie!
What a cutie! Love all the pictures of her, especially the crying one! And the smiley on her belly. What a fun time! I can't believe how big she's gotten and all that hair! She's such a doll. I can't wait to squish those little cheeks of hers when I see her next month. Happy Birthday to Emily!
